Job Description
Are you a visionary networking leader ready to shape the future of enterprise infrastructure? We are seeking a Sr Director of Global IT Networking, where you will own the global network and infrastructure strategy, driving innovative zero-trust security, data center, and campus networks that power HPE's worldwide operations. You'll collaborate closely with cutting-edge R&D teams, influence product development, and lead a high-performing team to build a resilient, secure, and scalable network foundation.

Experience and Skills
•10+ years of leadership in large-scale network infrastructure, with deep expertise in data center fabric, spine-leaf architectures, and campus networking.
•Proven experience in network security, zero-trust models, micro-segmentation, and secure remote access.
•Strong background in automation, infrastructure as code, and observability tools.
•Ability to develop and execute strategic roadmaps for complex, multi-region networks.
•Exceptional collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.

The expected salary/wage range for this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level.
– United States of America: Annual Salary USD 189,000 - 378,000 in Massachusetts // 189,000 - 402,500 in California // 166,500 - 402,500 in North Carolina & Texas
The listed salary range reflects base salary. Variable incentives may also be offered.
