Responsibilities
•Contacting customers by phone, email and chat
•Resolving issues ranging from lost deliveries to payment errors
•Verifying submitted data and entering it correctly into the system
•Monitoring orders placed on Pyszne.pl so that they always reach our restaurant partners without complications
•Collaborating with your team, motivating each other and maintaining regular contact with your leader
Requirements
•You enjoy customer contact and have experience in this area
•You can work full-time, including weekends and holidays
•You are flexible with hours - sometimes starting at 7:00, sometimes shifts until 3:00 at night (8h work time)
•You can attend training in the first two weeks of cooperation, in the office, 9:00 - 17:00
•You can handle several channels in parallel (phone, chat, email) and support the team wherever needed
•You type efficiently and accurately on a keyboard - you navigate systems and applications with ease
•You have plenty of patience and empathy, which make conversations with difficult customers easy for you
•Your knowledge of Polish and English allows you to understand every customer - minimum B2
