Responsibilities
•Participate in the end-to-end design and development of high-performance business applications, from initial requirements through production
•Analyze application performance, optimize algorithms, and find simple, robust solutions to complex system requirements
•Improve software quality through code reviews, refactoring, comprehensive unit and integration testing, and modern tools
•Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and analysts in an Agile workflow
•Evaluate and incorporate new libraries, modern technologies, and architectural best practices
Requirements
•Production software engineering experience with Go (Golang), Java, or Python
•Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming and design concepts, core algorithms, and Big O complexity analysis
•Hands-on experience with platform engineering, infrastructure tools such as Terraform and Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
•Deep understanding of RESTful API design conventions, version control systems such as Git/SVN, and distributed system architecture
•Strong track record of writing clean code supported by robust unit and integration testing suites

•Automated performance profiling, query optimization, and advanced load testing in distributed setup environments
