Role: ServiceNow Solution Architect

Responsible for: In this role, you will be expected to provide technical product and architecture advice, ongoing communication of the latest ServiceNow solutions/capabilities and assisting build practices that deliver exceptional outcomes. This position requires a hands-on person capable of going wide and deep on solution design.
What will you be doing?
•Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow platform to provide subject matter expertise and perspective on unique use cases and be able to convey enterprise architecture knowledge/experience regarding how ServiceNow can best interoperate and co-exist with other major enterprise systems of record and platforms.
•Drive innovative business solutions and digital transformation. Working as ServiceNow solution architecting and delivering critical solutions across all workflows, on the ServiceNow Platform.
•Architect and develop innovative solutions in collaboration with a cross-functional team.
•Consult with stakeholders to understand their business needs and pain points. Drive innovative business solutions and digital transformation.
•Architect and develop innovative solutions in collaboration with a multi-functional team. Document and present technical solutions.
•Provide mentoring to colleagues in the organization.
•Collaboration in the team is fast-paced and requires strong collaboration along with multi-functional and cross geographical teams.
What will you need to be successful?
•Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related subject preferred.
•Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, Implementation certifications (minimum ITSM), minimum ITIL Foundation.
•Experience: 9+ years of experience as a ServiceNow solution architect; 5+ years of experience architecting and delivering complex solutions across all workflows, on the ServiceNow Platform.
•This role will be based in Pune and will be 3 days working from office in Hybrid mode. Shift timing: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST, Monday to Friday.
•5+ years of detailed subject matter expertise within multiple areas of specialization.
•Knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules like ITSM, HRSD, SPM, GRC.
•Fluency in third party integrations using Integration Hub, REST APIs, JDBC, and file-based parsers.
•Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow, fluency in JavaScript, HTML, and libraries/frameworks such as AngularJS and Bootstrap.
•Ability to quickly understand new technology through instruction and self-training.
•Strong people development skills, including coaching and mentoring for technical roles.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills, service mindset, and analytical approach to problem solving.
•Ability to work independently without daily direction, balancing conflicting priorities, and effectively tracking and managing task completion to committed deadlines.
