Description
The assignment focuses on Service Vendor Integration within the Store and Supply Chain domain. It aims to transform a fragmented IT landscape through end-to-end system integration, improved data flow, and increased visibility and control.
Responsibilities
•Design and implement service integrations across hybrid cloud and on-premise environments
•Improve data integration and flow between distributed systems
•Work with API management solutions and REST-based services, such as ServiceNow
•Integrate and align process management tools to improve system efficiency
•Develop and optimize integrations for SaaS platforms, such as ServiceNow
•Drive observability and monitoring efforts using tools such as Grafana
•Establish end-to-end visibility of environments and dependencies
•Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system alignment and integration success
Requirements
•5+ Years of hands-on experience as a Service Integration Engineer or in a similar role
•At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
•Solid understanding of API management and REST-based services
•Kotlin background; Java is accepted as an alternative
•Proficiency with distributed data sources and complex system landscapes
•Expertise in SaaS platform integrations, particularly ServiceNow or similar tools
•Knowledge of cloud environments, preferably Azure
•Strong skills with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana or Prometheus
•Ability to work independently and structure complex environments effectively
•Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
•Excellent written and spoken English (B2+)
Nice to have
•Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations
•Exposure to cloud and on-premise architectures for hybrid solutions
•Understanding of IT infrastructure and SRE principles
•A Site Reliability Engineer mindset focused on operational excellence
Conditions
•Long-term assignment, minimum 12 months
