Description
Lead SEO strategy and execution for a seed-stage AI communications SaaS company, working closely with Marketing, website, and engineering teams. You will grow organic visibility across DACH and international markets, including in traditional search and AI-generated search results.
Responsibilities
•Build and execute SEO strategy across DACH and additional international markets.
•Partner with website and engineering teams on site architecture, page structure, crawlability, and technical SEO implementation.
•Research keywords and competitors to identify opportunities in traditional search and AI search tools.
•Write or commission SEO content, then evaluate its performance against target queries.
•Manage a monthly SEO budget of €20,000 to €30,000 and collaborate with external agencies while retaining strategic ownership.
Requirements
•At least 5 years of full-time SEO specialist or manager experience, with measurable ranking improvements and organic traffic growth at scale.
•Proven ownership of end-to-end SEO strategy and execution across multiple markets and languages, including international SEO beyond your home market.
•Hands-on technical SEO experience, including site architecture and implementation work with engineering teams.
•Strong keyword research, competitive analysis, copywriting, and SEO content briefing or commissioning skills.
•Fluency in written and spoken English and German.
•Experience with Webflow or similar website platforms, SEO budgets, and external agencies.
Conditions
•Base salary: €65,000 to €100,000 annually.
•Visa sponsorship is available.
•Location: On-site in Vienna, Austria.
