Job Details
We are looking for a Promotional Materials and Compliance Senior Specialist in Italy. Responsible for the provision of high-quality promotional and non-promotional review services to clients and will have the possibility to work also within Regulatory Affairs.
Experience & Skill set
•3–5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry or with a service provider, with a focus on promotional materials and healthcare compliance; a university degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
•Strong knowledge of Italian legislation and the Farmindustria Code of Ethics governing promotional activities and healthcare compliance.
•Proven experience reviewing promotional and non-promotional materials for compliance with applicable Italian requirements.
•Experience in Regulatory Affairs, including supporting regulatory procedures and the preparation, review, and compilation of regulatory documentation.
•A collaborative team player with the ability to support colleagues and share knowledge effectively.
•A structured, analytical, systematic, and independent approach to work, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
•Fluency in written and spoken Italian and business-level English, with strong communication skills and the confidence to raise issues and propose solutions.
