ACCESA is hiring for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA Transformation initiative focused on SAP Business Warehouse and Analytics solutions.
What you will do
•Design, develop, and optimize complex SAP BW and Analytics solutions for business processes and reporting requirements.
•Develop and maintain backend and frontend components using SAP BW on HANA, SAP BI-IP, SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud, and related technologies.
•Design data models, reporting solutions, and planning functionalities within the SAP BW ecosystem.
•Translate business and technical requirements into scalable SAP BW solutions and collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, development teams, and implementation partners.
•Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize data processing workflows and reporting performance.
•Support hybrid SAP landscape integration, agile development, DevOps, continuous delivery, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
•Several years of professional experience in SAP BW consulting, development, or related SAP Analytics technologies, ideally at senior level.
•Strong technical knowledge of SAP BW on HANA and the SAP Business Intelligence ecosystem.
•Experience with SAP BI-IP, SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud, or SAP Datasphere, with relevant expertise across these technologies.
•Hands-on experience designing, developing, and optimizing SAP BW data models, reporting solutions, and analytics applications.
•Experience developing or maintaining backend and frontend components in SAP BW and Analytics environments, including SAP data integration, data processing, and reporting architectures.
•Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions, with strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
•Experience in engineering or technology roles, ideally within agile product environments; familiarity with agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and continuous delivery processes.
•Strong collaboration and communication skills, including effective work with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams; a structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach.
•A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
•Very good English communication skills.
Nice to have
•Experience with SAP BW/4HANA implementations, migrations, or transformation projects.
•Experience working with SAP Datasphere in hybrid SAP landscapes.
•Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud planning and advanced reporting functionalities.
•Experience integrating SAP BW with SAP S/4HANA or other enterprise applications.
•Knowledge of automation and modern data integration approaches within SAP environments.
•Experience working in large-scale SAP transformation projects or international ERP environments.
•German language skills.
