Description
Delivery survey projects on schedule by:
•Conducting job matching
•Collecting and verifying data from clients
•Generating reports for clients
•Conducting client presentations and simple training sessions
•Other customer support as required
Other responsibilities:
•Establish connections with the clients' HR/C&B managers. Build and maintain strong client relationships in the assigned client portfolio (locations/industries) to achieve business targets.
•Interpret survey findings by drawing conclusions from data collected from clients. Provide industry/location specific insights and advice to address clients' business needs as appropriate.
•As a project team member, participate in consulting projects by providing analytical support. May lead smaller consulting projects.
