About the role
Strengthen our product team as a Senior Product Manager for the personal protective equipment (PPE) category and take on a key role in further developing this category at Lyreco.
We are looking for an experienced person who can connect product strategy, business results and customer needs, while also being able to lead and develop people. If you enjoy strategic work with a portfolio, negotiating with suppliers and collaborating across sales and an international environment, this role may be for you.
What you will be responsible for
•Strategic management and development of the product portfolio in the PPE category with emphasis on customer needs, market opportunities and business results.
•Creating and implementing product and category strategy in line with the company's business priorities.
•Leading, developing and supporting team members, setting priorities and creating an environment for their independence and professional growth.
•Leading strategic negotiations with suppliers, setting cooperation terms and developing long-term partnerships.
•Identifying new product and business opportunities, monitoring the market and actively shaping the further direction of the category.
•Close collaboration with the Sales team, marketing, logistics and other internal partners to support category growth and business opportunities.
Who we are looking for
•Relevant experience in product or category management, ideally in a B2B environment.
•Experience leading and developing people, with the ability to set clear priorities and direction for a team.
•Ability to take comprehensive responsibility for a product category and connect a strategic view with day-to-day business.
•Strong business and analytical thinking, able to rely on data, market knowledge and customer needs when making decisions.
•Experienced in negotiating with suppliers and building long-term business relationships.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to naturally collaborate with various stakeholders.
•Communicative level of English, actively usable in an international work environment.

Base salary and other rewards
2800 € gross (salary depends on qualification level and experience) + 10% annual bonus depending on fulfillment of assigned goals.
