Key Requirements
•8+ years in industry, with 4+ years in compliance within financial services
•Hands-on experience with DFSA, ADGM, QFCRA, FCA, or CMA regulatory regimes
•A track record building and running AML/compliance frameworks
•CAMS, CISI, or ICA qualifications (preferred)
