We Are Hiring - Senior Managers, Compliance (CMA KSA & QFCRA Licensing), Dubai or Abu Dhabi
Have you taken a firm from initial client discussion to license approval with Saudi Arabia's CMA or Qatar's QFCRA? If so, we want to talk to you.
As we grow our KSA and Qatar practices, we are looking for senior compliance professionals who know these regimes inside out, from the rulebooks to the application process to what regulators expect at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead CMA KSA and/or QFCRA license applications end to end
•Be the main point of contact between clients and the regulator
•Keep applications on track and on time
•Build compliance and AML/CFT frameworks for newly licensed entities
•Support CMA and QFCRA-regulated clients after authorisation
•Strengthen client relationships and help grow our presence in Saudi Arabia and Qatar
Key Requirements
•Proven experience leading at least one CMA KSA or QFCRA licence application end to end (both is a major advantage)
•Direct experience working in or with CMA or QFCRA regulated firms
•Fluent Arabic and strong professional English
•Based in the UAE, or ready to relocate to Dubai or Abu Dhabi
•CME-1, CME-2, CAMS, ICA or CISI qualifications are a strong advantage
•Exposure to other GCC regimes (DFSA, FSRA, VARA, CBUAE, SAMA, CBB) is also required
