Requirements
•4+ years of experience in compliance, risk, legal or regulatory roles, ideally in banking, consulting or large international CFD firms
•Strong knowledge of FCA, SCB, MiFID II and international AML regulations
•Deep knowledge of corporate governance and outsourcing arrangements
•Understanding of the markets and asset classes we offer
•Relevant compliance qualifications (e.g., ICA, CISI) preferred
