Responsibilities
•Develop and maintain automated tests for fintech trading platforms
•Increase automation coverage to reduce manual testing and speed up software defect detection
•Perform backend testing to verify data validation and frontend-to-backend consistency
•Conduct end-to-end and integration testing across internal and third-party applications
•Debug, document, and track issues using bug-tracking tools, collaborating with developers to resolve them quickly
•Improve testing methodologies, tools, and processes to increase software development cycle efficiency
•Collaborate with product managers and developers to align testing with requirements and use cases
•Share testing insights and best practices with the team and stakeholders
•Promote best practices and mentor engineers at all levels to foster a high-performance QA culture
Requirements
•At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance Test Automation
•Solid knowledge of Test Theory and its practical application
•Strong attention to detail and an analytical, problem-solving mindset
•Proactive approach and ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
•Experience with Git
•English communication skills, both written and verbal
Nice to have
•Familiarity with trading or investing
•A university degree in Computer Science or another IT-related field
•Experience with JS/TS, Python, C#, SQL, Solace, Kafka, Protobuf, gRPC, REST, Postman/Insomnia, or log analysis tools such as Graylog and Kibana
