About you
As a Senior Software Engineer you'll be a technical anchor for the team - setting the standard for how we design, build, and ship software, and playing a direct role in shaping the engineering culture on one of the division's flagship products.
This is a hands-on role. You'll be writing and reviewing production code daily, but your influence will extend well beyond your own output - through the engineers you mentor, the architectural decisions you drive, and the engineering practices you help embed.
Day-to-day, you will:
•Lead the design and delivery of complex full-stack solutions across the FastTrack platform (C#, .NET, Angular), driving architecture, scalability, performance, and operational excellence.
•Establish and enforce engineering best practices, including code quality, test coverage, security, observability, and DORA metrics.
•Champion AI-assisted software development by defining standards, workflows, and coaching engineers on effective use of tools such as GitHub Copilot and coding agents.
•Provide technical leadership through incident resolution, architectural decision-making, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with product and engineering leaders on roadmap and cross-team initiatives.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
•5+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of delivering complex solutions and providing technical leadership in a senior capacity.
•Deep expertise in backend development, preferably with .NET, alongside strong knowledge of distributed systems, AWS cloud infrastructure, SQL databases, and observability practices.
•Hands-on experience using AI coding agents in production environments, including prompt engineering, workflow design, code review, and driving adoption across engineering teams.
•Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience influencing architecture, mentoring engineers, collaborating across teams, and working effectively in distributed global environments.
Nice to have:
•Experience improving production reliability at scale - error rate reduction, incident volume reduction, performance tuning.
•Familiarity with security remediation and vulnerability management in a SaaS environment.
•Background in recruitment technology or other domain-specific SaaS.
