*Senior Fachbetreuer Firmenkunden (m/w/d)**
Look forward to a demanding position with a varied range of tasks. Your focus is on the cross-line support of a demanding customer base, both in direct contact with our customers and in collaboration with insurance companies. This includes the entire process of risk assessment, tendering and placement of corporate insurance policies as well as ongoing contract and claims processing, including the documentation of insurance policies and the creation of premium and claims invoices.
What makes this position special:
•You are the central point of contact for your fixed customer base and ensure that customer relationships and our service standard are maintained
•Your focus is on the lines of property and liability, transport, electronics and machinery
•You develop, manage and optimize the insurance portfolio of your customers
•You advise and support our customers by phone and on-site on all questions regarding corporate insurance
•You conduct tenders, negotiate with insurers and create offers that you present to customers
•For all processes and tasks, you can draw on the extensive resources within the Marsh network
What makes you special:
•A solid, completed commercial training or degree with a focus on insurance
•Professional experience at an insurer or broker in national and/or international business
•Relevant experience in cross-line support of corporate customers and in specialist client support
•Strong expertise in a main line of property or liability insurance and/or willingness to continuously develop yourself
•Very good German skills as well as ideally good English skills
•Your way of working is characterized by independence, efficiency, flexibility and reliability
•Analytical skills and strong communication round off your profile
•A strong sense for customer needs
•Regional willingness to travel
