Projektleitung (m/w/d) – Financial and Strategy Advisory
We are looking for a committed, well-connected personality with a legal and/or tax advisory background who supports clients and companies in structuring, placing and negotiating tax and transaction insurance. The focus is on supporting complex M&A transactions and developing tailored solutions in the area of Tax Insurance.
What the role involves:
•Advising clients on tax and transaction risks in the context of M&A processes
•Developing, structuring and placing Tax Insurance solutions
•Supporting and leading contract and policy negotiations with insurers, clients and other stakeholders
•Analyzing complex tax and legal matters in collaboration with internal and external experts
•Actively maintaining and expanding client and network relationships
•Identifying new business opportunities and supporting the acquisition of clients
•Close collaboration with international and interdisciplinary teams
What you bring:
•Several years of experience as a lawyer and/or tax advisor
•Solid experience in contract negotiations
•Demonstrable M&A background, ideally in a transaction environment
•Strong drive for performance and high self-motivation
•Very good communication skills and sociability
•Strong acquisition skills and enjoyment of building new business relationships
•Analytical thinking, entrepreneurial understanding and confident demeanor
•Fluent English skills are an advantage
