What makes up this position:
•Supporting our existing customers. You are the contact person and problem solver for complex, line-specific topics of your assigned customers
•Understanding customer needs, processing their requests and offering solutions, e.g. for inquiries about insurance coverage
•Technical processing of contracts, including premium handling, forecast planning, commissioning and coordination of contract setups, insurance confirmations and invoicing
•Market- and risk-specific adjustment of existing contracts, such as drafting contract amendments, adjusting insured sums, cancellations, inclusion and exclusion of risks, and the reporting procedure
•Communication with insurers in the context of portfolio management
•Administration of international programs and collection of claims statistics
•Supporting and processing renewals
•Presence and participation at industry events
What makes up you:
•A completed apprenticeship as Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Versicherungen und Finanzen or comparable training, alternatively a completed degree – ideally with a technical or business administration focus
•Several years of professional experience in industrial insurance, particularly in property insurance (Sachversicherung)
•Fluent German and good English skills
•You enjoy tackling the complex challenges of our customers and developing individual solutions
