What You Can Expect:
For our location in Wesel, we are looking for you to join us immediately as Team Lead. Exciting logistical challenges await us every day, which we want to master together with you. Together with your team, you ensure day-to-day operations and a smooth workflow in the warehouse.
•As Team or Shift Lead (m/f/d), you are the first point of contact for the employees on your team and are responsible for their deployment planning and coordination within the area.
•You always keep an eye on day-to-day business including key figures and productivity, and support your team in relevant logistical and administrative processes.
•You are also the contact person for your area manager and colleagues from other customer areas as well as the commercial department.
•Furthermore, you stay in close contact with the customer and exchange information regularly.
•Last but not least, you always keep an eye on the applicable loading, safety and quality regulations and ensure order and cleanliness in your area.
What You Bring:
•Ideally, you already have several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics and are familiar with the use of warehouse management programs.
•Experience in leading a team as well as possession of a forklift license are also desirable.
•You are confident in using a PC and common email and Office programs such as Microsoft.
•You are reliable, communicative, resilient, and distinguish yourself through your confident and friendly manner.
•Supporting us in at least 2 shifts is ultimately not a problem for you.
