Responsibilities:
•Gather business requirements and configure SAP PLM Recipe Development, Specification Management, and Handover to Manufacturing
•Align Recipe Development with cross-functional SAP modules, particularly PP-PI, QM, and MM
•Translate R&D formulations and parameters into structured master data and ensure a seamless handover to production
•Facilitate Engineering Change Management for recipe revisions and document management systems
•Conduct workshops, perform fit-gap analyses, and guide key business users through testing and go-live deployment
Requirements:
•At least 3 years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring SAP PLM and Recipe Development
•At least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations; ideally including migrations to or deployments in SAP S/4HANA
•Domain expertise in process manufacturing, specifically Pharmaceuticals and Food & Beverage
•Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAP Business Client applications
•Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bridge technical teams and R&D stakeholders
•English B2+
