Sales Support Analyst

In short

This role handles preparation and follow-up of quotations, maintenance of commercial status information, and development of the client portfolio, including both national and international clients. It requires a degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, Logistics and Transportation, Sales or related fields, plus experience in logistics services, international transport or foreign trade, and knowledge of maritime, air, land and customs logistics. CRM use and intermediate-advanced English are also expected. It is based in Guayaquil, Ecuador.

•Elaborar y dar seguimiento a cotizaciones.

•Mantener actualizada la información y estatus comercial.

•Fidelizar y desarrollar la cartera de clientes.

•Coordinar la gestión comercial con áreas internas.

•Gestionar relaciones con clientes nacionales e internacionales.

•Identificar oportunidades de negocio y promover servicios.

•Reportar resultados y oportunidades de mejora.

What You Bring:

•Título en Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales, Logística y Transporte, Ventas o carreras afines.

•Experiencia en servicios logísticos, transporte internacional o comercio exterior.

•Conocimiento en logística, transporte marítimo, aéreo, terrestre y aduanas.

•Manejo de CRM y elaboración de cotizaciones.

•Inglés intermedio-avanzado (deseable).
