Art Residence aims to create modern, comfortable, and high-quality living environments. Art Residence LLC is looking for a communicative and goal-oriented "Sales Specialist" to join its growing team.
Responsibilities
•Welcoming prospective clients
•Presenting available apartment options
•Providing detailed information about properties, prices, payment options, and mortgage programs
•Guiding clients throughout the entire sales process
•Handling phone calls and correspondence
•Arranging and conducting apartment viewings
•Negotiating with clients
•Maintaining strong client relationships from the initial inquiry through to closing the deal
Requirements
•Higher education
•Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
•Clear, articulate, and professional speech
•Excellent command of Armenian, English, and Russian
•Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
•Previous experience in sales is required
•Strong organizational skills and a client-oriented approach
•Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Conditions
•Salary: AMD 200,000 and above, depending on experience and skills
•Monday–Friday: 09:30–18:30
•Saturday: 10:00–14:00
