Описание: Softprom Asia & Caucasus is an international IT distribution company expanding its presence in Uzbekistan and working with global security technology leaders.
Задачи:
•Search for, attract, and develop system integrators and partners across Uzbekistan
•Sell security products and solutions from global vendors, including Suprema, Milestone Systems, and others
•Achieve assigned sales targets
•Conduct meetings, negotiations, and product presentations with partners and customers
•Support and manage pilot projects in cooperation with technical teams
•Prepare commercial proposals, manage opportunities in CRM, and close deals
•Represent the company at industry events, including seminars, conferences, and partner meetings
Требования:
•Higher education
•At least 2 years of sales experience in security systems, including IP video surveillance, access control, video analytics, and integrated security solutions
•Strong communication and negotiation skills
•Ability and motivation to work in a team and deliver sales results
•Fluent Uzbek and Russian, spoken and written
•Intermediate English
•Proven experience in individual and public presentations
•Willingness to travel
•Nice to have: experience with vendors such as Sigur, Axis Communications, and Avigilon; experience working in security systems distribution; hands-on experience with installation and configuration of security systems
