Задачи
•Act as an expert in endpoint or network security, including AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, and HIPS/IDS
•Articulate basic security problems to diverse audiences
•Work independently as a self-starter
•Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering as the technical bridge between CrowdStrike and prospects or customers
•Conduct demonstrations and proof of values, presenting technical concepts to external audiences up to C-level executives
•Manage time and organizational responsibilities effectively
Требования
•Fluent English and French
•Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across multiple engagements
•2+ Years of experience, or equivalent experience, in support, consulting, or systems engineering
•Strong written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills
•Strong problem-solving skills and a systematic approach to resolving complex multivariate problems under pressure
•Ability to understand complex architectures and identify gaps or opportunities to bypass traditional security technologies
•Curious nature, desire to learn, and competitive spirit
•Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or relevant work experience
•Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes
Nice to have: technical understanding of incident response, computer forensics, network administration and management, endpoint security including anti-virus solutions, malware analysis experience, cybersecurity expertise, MEDDIC/Value Selling awareness.
