Задачи
•You will build up your client and candidate base over the long term.
•Together with your clients, you will define a requirements profile for the positions to be filled.
•You will recruit suitable specialists and executives from our talent pool or actively search for them.
Требования
•You have completed a degree (e.g. in business studies, communications or a similar field) or have an equivalent qualification.
•You have already gained relevant experience in the personnel services industry in direct placement.
•You are a communicative person, and your positive attitude is contagious.
•You are confident and can successfully familiarise yourself with new topics.
•Fluent German completes your profile.
•Non-EU citizens must have a valid work permit for Germany. Applications without a valid work permit and sufficient German language skills may not be considered.
