Own the transition plan: define capacity reallocation targets, conversion metrics (broking $ to advisory $), staffing models, and automation ROI.
•Sales Leadership & Oversight: Provide assertive sales management oversight of all segments. Segment Growth Leaders will have joint reporting to you and their Segment leader, with you as their dotted-line accountability for growth execution. Work with segment leaders on hiring plans, skills requirements, and development priorities. Partner with Operations/Tech on automation investment decisions and efficiency gains.
•Execution Against Strategy: Translate growth strategy into executable segment plans with clear quarterly milestones. Ensure segment leaders have clear line of sight to growth expectations and the support required to execute. Escalate blockers and remove barriers to execution.
