# Responsable Qualité Production (All gender)
Alfa Laval Fontanil designs and manufactures large-dimension heat exchangers according to pressure equipment construction standards: PED, ASME among the main ones.
Within the Quality Department, reporting to the Head of the Department, you will act as the site's Production Quality Manager.
Who are you?
Your knowledge of the ISO9001 standard and your hands-on approach will allow you to maintain and improve the existing quality system.
Your dynamism and energy will help bring the team and the plant to the expected level of performance.
Your missions
•You are responsible for ensuring product compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, while contributing to reducing non-quality costs and meeting deadlines
•Handle internal non-conformities and ensure the effectiveness of the actions implemented
•Organize internal inspections and manage the release of products during production and at end of flow
•Promote the quality approach on the product line through coaching, listening, communication, accountability, and conducting workstation audits
To do this, you will rely on a team of inspectors and technicians.

You may be required to carry out a few audits per year at suppliers or other Alfa Laval France sites.

What do you know?
With a Bac +5 education, ideally in Quality Management, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality manager or engineer role.
With strong interpersonal skills, organized, rigorous, able to manage priorities, projects and an operational team, you enjoy working cross-functionally.
You master the ISO9001 standard, problem-solving tools and continuous improvement methods.
Good level of English desired.
