Our client is looking for its future Multi-site Human Resources Manager to steer HR policy.
Position to fill: Multi-site Human Resources Manager (M/F)
Reporting to the Regional HR Direction, you ensure the operational management of human resources. In a context with strong labor relations stakes, you act as a true business partner.
Main responsibilities
•Lead labor relations, co-chair employee representative bodies and manage complex or conflict situations with diplomacy and perspective.
•Advise and support site Managements on a daily basis on all HR and labor law issues.
•Ensure compliance with labor legislation, collective bargaining regulations and disciplinary procedures.
•Support change management and promote a collective and collaborative spirit within HR teams.
•Support operational staff in managing payroll costs and monitoring key social indicators, by proposing and following up on appropriate action plans.
•Promote, deploy and support the implementation of Group HR policies, particularly regarding social support and human resources development.

Profile
•Higher education in HR or Labor Law (Master's degree)
•At least 10 years of experience as a multi-site HR Manager
•Genuine expertise in labor relations, excellent conflict management skills, and great rigor
•Diplomacy, humility, strong responsiveness, a strong sense of collective spirit, and a listening posture allowing you to take perspective and bring together varied stakeholders
