As we are expanding our team, we're looking for a Reseller Support Specialist with German to help us make a real difference in the Fintech industry.
As a Reseller Support Specialist with German, you will support our reseller partners and Partnership Managers, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a positive partner experience. You will coordinate reseller-related activities, maintain accurate partner information, and work closely with internal teams to ensure requests are handled efficiently and on time.
What you'll do
•Support German-speaking reseller partners via tickets, phone and email, resolving inquiries professionally and on time.
•Assist Partnership Managers with operational and administrative requests and follow-ups.
•Track targets and prepare accurate information on progress and performance.
•Coordinate commission-related files with Partnership Managers and Finance.
•Support the onboarding of new reseller partners and ensure all required information and documentation are collected.
•Maintain and review partner records, CRM activities, contact details and distribution lists.
•Identify urgent cases, coordinate with Sales Operations and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
•Collaborate with Sales Operations, Finance and other teams to provide a smooth partner experience.
This role is perfect for you if you have
•Fluency in German and a good command of English, both written and spoken.
•Previous experience in customer support, partner support, sales support, sales operations, or a similar role would be an advantage.
•Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.
•Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data, reports, and documentation.
•Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with Salesforce or another CRM is an advantage.
•A proactive, reliable and solution-oriented approach.
•Experience with reseller networks, fintech, payments or financial services is an advantage.
