We're Hiring: Reputation Management Specialist (Remote - Work From Anywhere) 🌍
We are looking for an experienced Reputation Management Specialist to take ownership of our online reputation and customer sentiment across multiple platforms and communities.
This role is ideal for someone who understands that reputation management is more than simply replying to reviews. You'll work closely with our Support Team to resolve customer concerns, encourage genuine feedback, identify reputation risks, and help strengthen our online presence.
🔍 What You'll Do
•Manage our reputation across Trustpilot, Social Media, Discord, and other platforms.
•Work with Support to identify successfully resolved cases and encourage genuine customer reviews and feedback.
•Monitor online discussions, mentions, sentiment, and recurring complaints.
•Identify potential reputation risks and coordinate with relevant internal teams.
•Track review growth, sentiment, trends, and reputation performance.
•Help develop and improve our overall reputation management strategy and processes.
•Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across customer-facing platforms.
✅ What We're Looking For
•2+ years of experience in Reputation Management, Customer Experience, Community Management, or a related role.
•Hands-on experience managing online reputation across multiple platforms.
•Direct Trustpilot experience is highly preferred.
•Experience managing social media, Reddit, Telegram, Discord, forums, or similar communities.
•Strong customer complaint and escalation-handling skills.
•Proven ability to generate genuine customer feedback and reviews.
•Ability to work independently and collaborate with Support, Marketing, and other teams.
⭐ Bonus Points
Experience in prop trading, FinTech, Crypto, Forex, iGaming, or other high-volume online businesses is a strong advantage.
