What We're Looking For:
The People Systems & Insights Partner supports the global design and administration of our core HR system of record. The incumbent will be responsible for partnering with HR to provide proactive system and insights solutions, with a strong focus on creating, maintaining, and auditing reports. This role will drive the continuous improvement of automation, self-service, employee experience, and data integrity across key HR platforms.
Responsibilities
•Reporting & Analytics: Design, create, and maintain a variety of reports and dashboards to meet business needs. Manage the full report lifecycle, including modifications, scheduled updates, and ad-hoc requests.
•Data Integrity & Governance: Ensure data accuracy across Workday, Google BigQuery, and the Data Lake by maintaining a report inventory, auditing formulas, and performing data reconciliations.
•User & System Enablement: Provide superior service to internal partners by managing support cases, providing training, and proactively redirecting users to self-service tools. Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to test system solutions and help drive the reporting and insights roadmap.
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5+ years of professional experience in a HR role.
•2+ years in Workday system administration.
•Direct experience with Workday report writing and data management.
•Familiarity with data platforms such as Google BigQuery and Data Lakes.
•A self-motivated achiever who gains satisfaction from ensuring HR partners and employees have the best tools and insights.
•Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
•Strong understanding of HR concepts, practices, and procedures.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
•Able to work a hybrid schedule out of Brno, Czech Republic is strongly preferred. Non-local remote candidates will also be considered.

Incentive Compensation
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 5% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
