Responsibilities
•Support in the ongoing advising of clients
•Handling of legal questions
•Accompanying negotiations
•Preparation of expert opinions, memos, and scholarly papers
•The focus of your traineeship is on combining theoretical legal knowledge with legal practice
Requirements
•Completed First State Examination (1. Staatsexamen); an above-average result is desirable, at least a "befriedigend" (satisfactory) result required
•Prior legal knowledge in one of the mentioned fields of activity is desirable
•Ability to work independently and quickly into complex issues
•Very good German language skills, written and spoken (at least C1 level)
