About the Role
You support projects in advisory or audit within defined subject areas, such as statutory audit, tax declaration, or business and process consulting topics. In doing so, you take on the following tasks:
•Dialogue with decision-makers in relevant departments on the strategic development and implementation of topics such as sustainability concepts, cross-cutting organizational structures, or emerging legal requirements
•Contributing to product development and winning new clients
•Supporting our clients and sustainably securing their business success
•Leading a team and representing work results to clients
•Supporting the team's personal and professional development
Requirements
•Completed degree in economics, business administration, or a similar field with a focus on accounting or finance, or a comparable university degree, and a passed Wirtschaftsprüfer (certified public auditor) exam
•At least 5 years of professional experience in audit and advisory, ideally already with a subject-matter focus
•Experience in project and team leadership
•Passion for sustainability, non-financial information, audit methods, complex tasks, and sales
•Excellent analytical skills and the ability to understand and evaluate complex issues, along with a structured way of working
•Very good skills in using MS Office (especially Excel)
•Interest in new technologies and willingness to learn about and apply the possibilities of artificial intelligence in daily work
•Very good English skills, flexibility, and mobility
