Responsibilities
You will support projects in advisory or audit services within defined subject areas, such as statutory audits, tax declaration, or business and process-related consulting topics. Your tasks include:
•Dialogue with decision-makers from relevant departments on the strategic development and implementation of topics such as sustainability concepts, cross-divisional organizational structures, or emerging legal requirements
•Contributing to product development and winning new mandates
•Supporting our clients and ensuring the sustainable success of their businesses
•Leading a team and representing work results to clients
•Supporting the team in their personal and professional development
Requirements
•Completed degree in economics, business administration, or a similar field with a focus on accounting or finance, or a comparable university degree, and a passed Wirtschaftsprüfer (auditor) examination
•At least 5 years of professional experience in audit and consulting, ideally already with a specific subject focus
•Experience in project and team leadership
•Passion for sustainability, non-financial information, audit methods, complex tasks, and sales
•Excellent analytical skills and the ability to understand and evaluate complex matters, along with a structured way of working
•Interest in new technologies and willingness to learn about and apply the possibilities of artificial intelligence in daily work
•Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
•Very good English skills, flexibility and mobility
