At Klaravik, we bring together hundreds of thousands of buyers worldwide with sellers of machinery and vehicles via our website klaravik.se. We have created an auction service where people find plenty of new items to bid on daily, and our company is constantly growing. During 2025 we had over 160,000 auctions and reached an auction turnover of 4.7 billion, with the forecast pointing to continued strong growth. Klaravik is part of a strong Nordic group with several successful growth brands.
What your job will be
At Klaravik, you become an important part of our accounting team and get a broad role close to the business and the deals. You work with ongoing accounting and are responsible for ensuring our financial processes run smoothly, from completed deal to settlement and payment.
In your daily work you deal with bookkeeping, reconciliations and quality assurance of the accounting, and you are responsible for the settlement flow with our customers. You will also be involved in monthly and annual closings, VAT and taxes, as well as budget and audit processes.
Klaravik is a business in constant development and we like finding smarter and simpler ways of working. We therefore expect you to be curious about digitalization, automation and AI, and want to be part of developing both our working methods and processes going forward.
Here you become part of an accounting department with broad competence and extensive experience. In addition to the accounting team, there is a CFO, an accounting specialist, financing, controllers, and a team working with accounts receivable, VAT and export handling. Together with you, we are about 20 people who work closely with the business, with the customer in focus.
Who you are
We are looking for someone with relevant education in economics/accounting or equivalent experience, who has worked for a few years with qualified accounting. You feel confident in ongoing accounting and have experience with reconciliations and closing work.
For us, it is at least as important how you approach your work. You are thorough and structured, but can also lift your gaze and see the whole picture. You like to take responsibility for your tasks and drive your work forward, while appreciating having colleagues around you to discuss, share knowledge and solve things together with.
We also believe you are curious and solution-oriented. You don't need to know everything from the start, but you easily get into new systems and ways of working and find it fun when there's an opportunity to improve and develop.
We work together at the office in Karlstad. For us, this creates good conditions for close collaboration, knowledge exchange and the quick conversations in everyday life that often make the job both easier and more fun.
