Responsibilities
•Execute a 360 recruiting role
•Manage VP+ client groups, ideally in Research and/or Engineering, including global visionaries, founders, co-founders, and first-time managers
•Build and execute complex hiring strategies to attract top talent
•Craft bespoke closing strategies
•Hold technical conversations with candidates and client groups
•Work with local EU labor laws and compliance in close partnership with HRBPs
•Execute, unblock work, and operate effectively amid ambiguity
•Build from 0 to 1
•Network and build communities as part of the weekly workflow
Requirements
•Experience working at a frontier lab or company and hiring highly sought-after AI Research and Engineering talent
•Experience managing VP+ client groups, ideally in Research and/or Engineering
•Ability to have technical conversations with candidates and client groups
•Experience with local EU labor laws and compliance, working closely with HRBPs
•A solid track record of execution, unblocking work, and handling ambiguity
•Experience building from 0 to 1
•Networking and community building are part of the weekly workflow
•Candidates must have proven experience in frontier environments; this is not a generalist AI/ML Recruiter role
