Responsibilities
•Own the full hiring process, from initial outreach to final offer
•Build relationships with hiring managers, understand their needs, and support strategic hiring decisions
•Source and attract talent using creative strategies, maintaining the candidate pipeline
•Launch initiatives such as traineeships, business courses, and spotlight campaigns
•Create a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the process
•Track recruitment data, assess results, and improve hiring practices
•Anticipate hiring needs and adapt to changing priorities
Requirements
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Business, HR, or a related field
•0–2 Years of recruitment experience in a dynamic environment
•Fluent English
•Hands-on, proactive approach to solving problems
•Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to challenge, push back, and influence hiring decisions
•Comfortable with uncertainty and frequently changing roles and priorities
•Curious, driven, and eager to grow
