Responsibilities
•Manage recruitment and selection processes, attracting and onboarding talent aligned with organizational needs
•Build partnerships with schools, universities, and other educational institutions, promoting internship programs and employer branding initiatives
•Plan, coordinate, and monitor the training plan, meeting development needs and legal and organizational requirements
•Welcome, onboard, and support new employees through a structured onboarding experience that contributes to loyalty and retention
•Develop and implement engagement and retention initiatives, tracking employee integration and retention indicators
•Deliver onboarding and Human Factors training, evaluate its effectiveness, and continuously improve training content and methods
•Maintain recruitment, training, and retention records and indicators, and prepare periodic management reports
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field
•Experience in recruitment, training, and talent development
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Organization, planning, and project management skills
•Good knowledge of English and Microsoft Office tools
•Dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented
