Задачи
•Own the technical direction for the team's applications and shared UI platform
•Deliver applications to production across ten production pods through CloudFront and Lambda@Edge
•Own the team's application template used for new applications across the organisation
•Define code review standards, manage technical debt, and maintain the quality bar
•Run the team's scrum process
•Represent frontend in architecture discussions with backend, platform, and product leads
•Lead a distributed frontend team of three mid-level engineers, one senior engineer, and two QA engineers
•Grow engineers through hands-on leadership
Требования
•Experience leading a small distributed frontend team, including growing engineers and owning what the team builds and how
•Strong React experience
•Experience with legacy and greenfield codebases during a large Angular-to-React migration
•Experience owning frontend delivery to production, including builds, caching, CDN, releases, and production incidents
•Daily experience with AI-assisted development and agentic tooling
•Comfortable running scrum for a team
•English B1 or above
