Responsibilities
•Define and evolve QA strategy across multiple projects
•Design and implement QA processes and standards, including DoD, regression, and release criteria
•Identify and eliminate QA bottlenecks at project and company levels
•Drive UI, API, and integration test automation
•Contribute to projects as a hands-on Senior QA
•Mentor and develop approximately 10 junior and middle QA team members
•Introduce and scale AI tools in QA processes
•Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Delivery
Requirements
•5+ Years of QA experience, including Senior or Lead roles
•Strong background in test strategy and quality engineering
•Hands-on experience with automation using JS/TS and Playwright
•Experience with UI, API, and integration testing
•Understanding of CI/CD and QA's role in the delivery pipeline
•Experience implementing AI tools in QA or development processes
•English level B1+
•Ability to influence without formal authority
•Strong analytical thinking, communication, strategic and systems thinking, ownership mindset, flexibility, and pragmatism
•Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
