Responsibilities
•Participate directly in product testing
•Define and monitor task and project testing quality indicators
•Develop testing rules and maintain high standards
•Manage the Manual and Automation QA team
•Distribute testing tasks among team members and monitor their implementation
•Maintain QA department records, including test cases and checklists
•Prepare the product for release
•Lead the project, maintain readiness to provide clear status reports, and analyze risks
•Participate in estimating and planning tasks for the latest release version
Requirements
•At least 3 years of experience in a similar QA role in mobile game development
•Strong understanding of the mobile game development lifecycle
•Experience leading QA teams of 10+ people
•Strong planning, organization, and team management skills
•Experience with QA KPIs, team development, test documentation, and testing strategy
•Experience collaborating with automation teams
•Experience with A/B testing and monetization
•Knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases
•Experience with Git and CI/CD
•Experience with API and network debugging tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI, Charles, and Fiddler
•Strong practical use of AI in testing, including integrating AI-driven solutions into QA workflows and pipelines
•English and Russian at B2 level or above, spoken and written
Nice to Have
•Ability to read XML and JSON
•Knowledge of MongoDB (queries must be written often)
•Experience analyzing testing effectiveness
•Ability to localize problems using statistical data
•Experience developing workflows with test management systems such as TestRail
•Experience with Android debug bridge and iMobileDevice
