LookRoom enables users to create and manage their digital wardrobes, receive personalized everyday outfit suggestions, and interact with a 24/7 AI Personal Assistant. By learning each user's wardrobe, preferences, lifestyle, habits, and daily context, LookRoom progressively automates everyday style-related decisions, reducing decision fatigue and giving people back one of their most valuable resources: Time.
Responsibilities
•Lead project coordination and delivery management across LookRoom's core technologies and product capabilities
•Coordinate development of personalized 3D avatar capabilities
•Align AI/ML, 3D artists, engineering, and product teams
•Track technical milestones, integration requirements, and delivery readiness
•Coordinate virtual try-on technology development
•Manage dependencies between garment processing, avatar technologies, and AI models
•Oversee testing, quality assurance, and integration milestones
•Coordinate personalized outfit recommendation capabilities
•Align AI intelligence, wardrobe data, user preferences, and contextual inputs
•Support delivery of reliable, user-centered recommendation experiences
•Translate product requirements into executable project plans
•Establish milestones, priorities, ownership, and deadlines
•Coordinate frontend, backend, AI/ML, DevOps, UI/UX, and other specialists
•Identify bottlenecks and manage cross-functional dependencies
•Organize testing, bug resolution, and release readiness
•Track delivery quality, risks, resources, and timelines
•US GTM execution planning and milestone tracking
•Coordination of product readiness and marketing launch requirements
•Early-user onboarding and validation programs
•Product feedback collection and prioritization
•Analytics and performance measurement readiness
•Cross-functional launch deliverables
•Internal operational processes and communication
•Resource planning and execution accountability
•Launch risks, dependencies, and contingency planning
Requirements
•5+ years of relevant project management experience, preferably in technology, software, or AI-driven products
•Proven experience delivering complex software products or MVPs
•Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams
•Strong understanding of PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and hybrid project management approaches
•Familiarity with software development lifecycles and product release management
•Experience coordinating AI/ML-related projects or technology integrations
•High-risk, dependency, and resource management capabilities
•Experience with Jira, Linear, ClickUp, Notion, or comparable project management platforms
•Excellent written and spoken English
•Experience working with international or distributed teams
•Ability to communicate effectively with both engineers and business stakeholders
•Strong ownership, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
•Experience in early-stage or venture-backed startups
•Previous involvement in US product launches
•Experience coordinating AI, computer vision, 3D, or recommendation-system projects
•Familiarity with fashion technology, consumer AI, or e-commerce
•PMP, Scrum, or other relevant certifications
•Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, AI-enabled project management platforms, and workflow automation tools is highly valued
Conditions
At our current stage, we're offering an equity-based cooperation opportunity. The initial collaboration is planned around a flexible, part-time, and hybrid work model, with responsibilities and deliverables agreed directly with the founding team: Equity-Based + Part-Time + Hybrid.
As LookRoom progresses toward US market entry and organizational growth, we plan to transition this position into a full-time, on-site role with: Salary + Equity + Full-Time + On-Site. The exact terms and transition milestones will be mutually agreed based on company readiness, responsibilities, and individual contribution.
You'll have the opportunity to work directly with the founding team, influence how our product delivery processes are built, and help coordinate the people and technologies behind LookRoom's first market launch.
