Responsibilities:
•Design and execute training and fine-tuning workflows
•Select appropriate pretrained models and architectures
•Build reproducible experiments and training pipelines
•Perform hyperparameter tuning and model benchmarking
•Evaluate accuracy, visual quality, relevance, latency and computational cost
•Optimize GPU utilization, memory consumption and inference performance
•Develop robust model validation and testing procedures
•Track experiments, datasets and model versions
•Support model deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement
•Identify technical limitations and recommend practical solutions
Requirements:
•5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, applied machine learning or closely related fields
•Strong proficiency in Python
•Practical experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
•Demonstrated experience training, fine-tuning and evaluating deep learning models
•Strong understanding of neural networks, optimization algorithms and model architectures
•Experience with computer vision and image-processing techniques
•Experience with GPU-based model training and inference
•Familiarity with CUDA, mixed-precision training and performance optimization
•Experience with data preprocessing, augmentation and training dataset management
•Knowledge of model evaluation, experiment tracking and reproducibility
•Familiarity with Git, Docker, Linux and cloud-based ML environments
•Ability to collaborate with Backend engineers on model serving and API integration
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Good written and spoken English
•AI-assisted coding must be supported by strong engineering fundamentals, critical thinking, scientific validation and a clear understanding of model behavior

Conditions:
We're offering an equity-based founding-stage cooperation opportunity, subject to an appropriate legal engagement structure. The initial collaboration is planned around a flexible, part-time and hybrid work model, with responsibilities and technical milestones agreed with the founding team. As LookRoom advances toward market entry and organizational growth, we intend to transition this position into a full-time, on-site role with: Salary + Equity + Full-Time + On-Site. The transition will depend on company readiness, funding, agreed milestones and individual contribution. Specific equity and compensation terms will be discussed individually.
