We are looking for a Project Manager for the Woofz project. After onboarding and successful completion of the probation period, the candidate will independently manage the project and own delivery end-to-end.
Responsibilities
•Running Scrumban ceremonies and day-to-day team processes
•Clarifying requirements with Product Owners and stakeholders, and turning them into a prioritized backlog with the team
•Planning, estimation, and tracking of scope, timelines, and capacity
•Managing risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies
•Status reporting to stakeholders and management
•Maintaining project documentation and improving team processes
Requirements
•3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in cross-functional or product development teams
•Solid understanding of Scrum and Kanban
•Hands-on experience with Jira or similar tools
•Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to speed up project management routines
•Strong analytical skills: working with requirements, planning, and risk management
•Strong organizational and communication skills
•Upper-Intermediate English or higher
•Willingness to dive deep into the product
Nice to have
•Involvement in discovery processes and early-stage feature scoping
•Experience managing several initiatives in parallel
•Understanding of product and delivery metrics (retention, conversion, cycle time, etc.)
•Basic technical background (APIs, architecture, release processes)
•Experience with B2C mobile apps or subscription-based products
