Responsibilities
•Participate in grooming, planning, estimation, and technical discussions within the Agile development process
•Consider edge cases, technical risks, backward compatibility, experiment impact, and effects on existing functionality
•Communicate with team members to clarify requirements
•Conduct cross-code reviews
•Take responsibility for delivery timelines and proactively communicate risks or blockers
Requirements
•4+ Years of commercial experience with Flutter development
•Ability to own tasks from clarification and estimation through implementation and testing
•Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter fundamentals, including widgets, widget lifecycle, state management, navigation, and platform-specific behavior
•Experience with asynchronous programming in Dart, including Futures, Streams, isolates, and error handling
•Understanding of Clean Architecture, BLoC, SoC, OOP, and design patterns
•Experience with SQLite and other local storage solutions
•Strong focus on code readability, consistency, lint rules, scalability, and long-term maintainability
•Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, or technical research
•Experience with product experimentation, A/B testing, feature flags, or remote configuration
Nice to have
•Swift/Kotlin knowledge, native iOS/Android development experience
•Flutter Web development experience
•Building and maintaining custom Flutter plugins
