About the Role
The CRB Platform Business Analyst is responsible for supporting WTW Global Tools rollout for French business stakeholders, especially Broking Platform and Risk Intelligence Central. This role is pivotal in helping stakeholders resolve issues and maximize the utility of these platforms while actively working on business requirements for new features and enhancements.

•Collaborate with French business stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges related to the Global Tools, especially Broking Platform and Risk Intelligence Central.
•Assist in identifying and resolving issues that arise within the platforms, ensuring smooth operations.
•Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for new features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.
•Support the administration of the CRB tools, managing user access and permissions as necessary.
•Facilitate access to reporting and management information (MI), ensuring stakeholders can leverage data effectively for decision-making.
•Support adoption of the tools: via creation and animation.

•Fluent in both French (minimum C1, ideally C2) and English.
•Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
