Responsibilities
•Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Analytics and Data Warehousing projects
•Define project scope, objectives, and delivery roadmaps with customers and stakeholders
•Run Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Scrum ceremonies
•Coach customers and delivery teams on Agile and Scrum best practices
•Manage project budgets, forecasts, commercial matters, and change requests
•Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
•Produce delivery reports and communicate progress to senior stakeholders
•Build relationships with customers, internal teams, and third-party suppliers
•Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project outcomes
•Ensure solutions transition smoothly into BAU or Managed Services support
Requirements
•Proven experience delivering projects in Agile and Scrum environments
•Strong Scrum Master experience and practical Agile delivery expertise
•Experience managing project governance, budgets, and financial forecasting
•Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership
•Excellent communication and customer-facing consulting skills
•Ability to manage and motivate cross-functional delivery teams
•Experience delivering Data Analytics and/or Data Warehousing projects
•Strong risk, issue, and dependency management experience
Nice to have
•Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent), AgilePM, Prince2, PMP, or other project management qualifications
•Experience in technology consulting, professional services, or managed services
•Experience leading digital transformation initiatives
•Experience in complex enterprise customer environments
