Responsibilities
•Plan delivery of the product roadmaps, milestones, and sprints for both products
•Coordinate the development team and allocate work across sprints
•Track progress in Jira and document projects in Confluence
•Anticipate and manage risks, including dependencies on external providers
•Coordinate testing and production releases, and prioritize critical bugs with development through resolution
•Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical and data security, including GDPR and certifications
•Define and track product KPIs and quality, and propose improvements based on results
•Prepare progress reports and dashboards for management and product, commercial, and client support teams
•Coordinate clinic- and country-level deployments with client support
•Manage integrations and relationships with key providers, including telephony, messaging, and AI platforms, SLAs, contracts, and incidents
•Track product costs and usage to support commercial decisions
Requirements
•4–5 years of experience managing software projects
•Knowledge of the software development lifecycle; development experience is a plus
•Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, and Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
•Ability to plan, coordinate, and control projects end to end, analyze information, and make decisions
•Ability to anticipate and manage technical risks
•Knowledge of software quality management
•Clear communication with technical and business stakeholders
•Experience managing external providers
•English proficiency at a high level (minimum B2)
Nice to Have
•Experience in AI projects, ideally conversational or voice AI
•Healthcare or clinic projects and knowledge of healthcare data protection (GDPR)
•Chatbot, voicebot, or communication automation projects
•Basic knowledge of software architecture, technologies, and cloud environments
Conditions
•Salary between 43.000 and 48.000€ gross per year
•Remote work, ideally based in Barcelona
•Full working day Monday to Thursday, 9:00–18:30, and Friday, 9:00–15:00
