•Ensure weekly progress toward quarterly goals

•Monitor product metrics and system health, flagging issues early
•Use internal automation tools to understand real user workflows

•Take ownership of smaller product areas while growing in the role

•Work comfortably with unclear problems and incomplete information, creating structure independently
•Keep work moving by following up, unblocking, prioritizing, and ensuring delivery

•Write development-ready project documents without AI-generated fluff
•Understand MarTech fundamentals, including campaign workflows, tracking, automation, and integrations, and why they are complex
•Explore datasets, use BI tools such as Lightdash, and draw conclusions
•Work comfortably with technical systems, including reading logs, debugging issues, understanding APIs, and supporting automation
•Have shipped a dashboard, tool, workflow, script, automation, or project
•Be genuinely interested; copy-paste mass applications and applications relying heavily on AI-generated content will receive rejection
