PST.AG turns lighthouse AI products into templated, repeatable deliveries across multiple countries, making each subsequent country rollout faster, cheaper, and higher quality.
Responsibilities
•Build repeatable templates for working AI products, including pipeline configurations, evaluation datasets, prompt templates, release checklists, and country-adaptation notes
•Run the template country by country, adapting it for language, data sources, and local regulations while keeping the core architecture unchanged
•Maintain a living playbook that captures lessons, feeds them back into master requirements, and improves subsequent rollouts
•Own metrics for cycle time, accuracy, cost, and coverage
•Coordinate AI engineers, developers, IT operations, and country-domain experts across concurrent rollouts
•Escalate to the AI Program Manager when a country requires a template change
Requirements
•5+ Years of project management experience running similar projects in sequence, with each iteration improving
•Track record of creating templates, playbooks, or standardized processes that reduce cycle time or error rates
•AI literacy sufficient to understand agentic systems, evaluate outputs, and identify quality regressions
•Process orientation, precision, and patience with repetition
Nice to have
•PMP/PRINCE2
•Familiarity with the PMI Standard for AI in Portfolio, Program, and Project Management (2026)
